It has been my good fortune, over the past four decades, to work with hundreds of innovation minded, growth oriented businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Much of this work has been focused on advising and funding businesses from start-up to multinational corporation. There have also been many entrepreneurial and leadership opportunities, to start companies, create and run new groups, chair not-for-profit boards, provide coaching and mentorship, and develop innovative programs. Several of these experiences are highlighted on this site as well as on the Transactional Experience page.

Most importantly, I am a husband and father to three adult children and also greatly enjoy sharing music with others, spending time outdoors, and celebrating often with family and friends. My wife and I met in Los Angeles, California and returned home to Michigan to raise our children. The return to Michigan provided me with an opportunity to deeply engage in the evolution of the state’s economy from the industrial age to the information age.

At the core of this work is a belief in the importance of inclusive business environments which foster innovation and actively support leadership development. Curintell provides a platform to continue this journey, stay connected and engaged with some of the amazing people that I have met along the way and do my best to pay-it-forward.
